Nicolas C. Yamvrias, MBA Nicolas C. Yamvrias was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Regulon, Inc. in December 2005. Mr. Yamvrias has served many banks as Senior Officer and as Manager of Investment Banking and Asset Management for almost twenty years. He has worked for top banking groups like J.P. Morgan, BNP-Paribas, EFG Eurobank, Aspis Bank, and Credit Agricole Group. He also has been Business Consultant in many companies. Among his clients include many Greek banking groups. He has been a Professor of Marketing and Accounting in University of Indianapolis (Athens Campus). He is Chartered Financial Consultant from the Greek Capital Market Committee (the Authority of Capital Markets). He is member of many professional associations International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC), Hellenic Association of Financial Analysts, etc. He also participates in the governmental committee of restructuring the financial and legal environment of Greek Pension Funds. Mr. Yamvrias holds strong ties with the top level of some multinational banking groups and international consulting firms.
