Nassos joined Regulon in September 2006. He is in charge of Business Development & Licensing of Regulon’s candidate drugs to global pharmaceutical partners. Moreover, he manages the Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs of Lipoplatin and Lipoxal for EMEA & FDA.

Nassos has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical sector. Prior to joining Regulon, he was Head of Business Development at GENESIS Pharma SA, the leading biotechnology distributor in Greece, Vice-President & CEO of Bionova Ltd., a Greek biotechnology transfer consultancy and Business Planning & Analysis Manager of Novartis Greece. Before that he worked in various assignments in Central Europe for Novartis AG in Switzerland, Essilor SA in France and Quintiles GmbH in Germany.
 
Nassos graduated in Biology from the University of Athens. He holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Lausanne and an MBA from the Lausanne Business School. He was awarded a Swiss Brunner Prize for the best of 181 Biology PhDs in 1997. Nassos speaks fluently English, German and French and is the author of several scientific publications in peer reviewed journals and newspapers.
