Dendrigen is a spin-off company created by funding from the General Secretariat of Research and Technology and Dr. Teni BouliKas. It possesses patented platform technologies for the delivery of preexisting drugs based on dendritic polymers and dendronized liposomes. Dendrigen has also developed several proprietary new drug and gene formulations currently at the preclinical stage to be advanced into clinical trials in collaboration with Regulon, Inc.. Dendrigen is also the owner of patented technologies for the production of ultra-pure water based on dendritic materials.

New drugs based on pre-existing anticancer molecules by altering the delivery systems. According to our patented platform technologies drugs are entraped into dendritic nanocavities or are attached covalently at their polymeric scaffold.
